ROLE DESCRIPTION:
An Account Representative for Sunny Snoeyenbos State Farm agency, is a team member who desires to become an insurance agency owner in the future.
You will be trained from day 1 with the goal of helping you move toward opening your own agency. You will train directly with the agent to become an integral part of the sales & service team, while learning specifics of running & managing a growing State Farm agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a self-starter. Laziness & apathy don't work for this position.
- Must be coachable. If you already know everything there is to know about selling insurance & running an agency, I can't help you.
- Must be dependable. If you call out of work frequently, this job isn't for you.
- Must have integrity. If you tend to cut corners & bend the rules, please don't apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in insurance or sales is required.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in 5724 Western Ave.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2013.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of University of TN.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- We have 40 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Bronze Tablet
